Prices include:
- Setup
- Packup
- Sound Equipment
- Lighting
- Smoke Machine (if your venue allows)
- Cost of any song requests downloaded from iTunes
- Meetings before the function either on the phone or at Grovedale
Prices Don't include:
- Car Parking Costs (if required)
- Travel if more than 25kms from Geelong or Grovedale. Refer to chart below
- Special Days: New Years Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
- If equipment is required to be setup earlier than the start time. See Note 1
- If the venue is unavailable for 2 hours prior to the function start. See Note 2
- Please ring or email and a price can be arranged for these items above.
Note 1: Eg, if you are having Wedding finger food at the front of the venue or the marquee and the DJ can't get and return equipment to the car during this time. During this setup time the DJ will need to run his sound system to ensure everything is ok.
Note 2: Prior to the start of the event, we require 2 hours of setup time. If the DJ can't get access to the venue in the 2 hours prior to the event start, it means that the DJ may have to get there earlier.
Overtime
If you would like your function to go a little later on the night, you can pay for extra time on the night. Extra time is charged at the standard hourly rate.
